The construction of Ri Ra Irish Pub at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino was a project aimed at capturing the authentic spirit of Ireland in the vibrant heart of Las Vegas.  All American Builders partnered with ILoveKickBoxing, a leading national kickboxing gym, to introduce their brand to the dynamic Las Vegas market. Our goal for this construction project was to maintain the foundation of ILoveKickBoxing’s nationwide branding while infusing a touch of local uniqueness to the Las Vegas location. By blending the brand’s established identity with elements inspired by the vibrant energy of Las Vegas, we created a space that reflects ILoveKickBoxing’s core values and resonates with the local community.

Situated in the scenic desert landscape, La Quinta Resort & Club is a premier destination in Palm Springs, renowned for its unparalleled hospitality and iconic architecture. Our team played a pivotal role in the restoration efforts, preserving the resort’s rich heritage while enhancing its amenities to meet the expectations of discerning modern travelers. Client:Vdara Hotel & Spa

The project entailed designing, creating, and installing fire features at the Vice Versa Patio & Lounge. Additionally, All American Builders undertook the complete remodeling of the space, including designing and constructing new architectural ceiling elements. This comprehensive construction endeavor involved bringing a 2” gas line across the hotel lobby ceiling into the planter area and undermining an existing water feature to accommodate the installation of gas and power lines for the fire features. Despite the complexity of the tasks, the project was executed efficiently, meeting the proposed six-week timeline and delivering exceptional results on time.

Client:Aria Resort & Casino

The project encompassed a comprehensive remodeling effort, including refinishing surfaces, revitalizing the buffet area, and installing a new chandelier with the addition of necessary structural support. Furthermore, our team reworked statue bases and replaced the bell desk to enhance functionality and aesthetics. To minimize disruption to the Sky Suites’ concierge team, All American Builders fabricated the bell desk off-site, allowing seamless operations to continue uninterrupted. The desk replacement was swiftly executed, minimizing downtime and ensuring a smooth transition for staff and guests. Despite being initially scheduled for three weeks, the project was completed and delivered ahead of schedule within just two and a half weeks.

Putting the client’s business continuity first, All American Builders dedicated round-the-clock efforts, including working through holidays, to ensure uninterrupted operations at ARIA’s Convention Center during construction. The project, with a twelve-week timeline, aimed at a comprehensive remodeling of finishes and revamping the registration desks and business center. Through meticulous planning and efficient execution, we surpassed expectations by delivering top-notch results four weeks ahead of schedule.

With an initial timeline set at eight weeks, our team completed and delivered the project ahead of schedule, achieving completion by the seven-week mark. Throughout the renovation, the retail store remained operational, demonstrating our commitment to minimizing disruptions to business operations. The project scope encompassed a comprehensive transformation, including replacing flooring, reworking walls and ceilings, and adding an ADA fitting room. Collaborating closely with store operations, we ensured seamless continuity with the sales floor while also providing clear entrances and exits for customers to navigate the space effortlessly.
