Our team of professionals gave the MGM Grand just this, when we added a fresh new coat of paint to the Marque to transform its appearance to be newly updated.

Full tenant improvement of the entire space, all new radius millwork, interior millwork, flooring, and paint throughout. Included new storefront closure.

At All American Builders our commitment to meeting the highest standards of quality and efficiency is upheld consistently throughout our entire construction process. Located in the center of the MGM Grand Casino, this convenience store space was due for a fresh new look. With its unique round shape, the store offers multiple entrances for the public. Keeping this in mind, our team ensured to keep all new finishes throughout the space cohesive, offering a welcoming, clean shopping experience. From the brand-new interior and radius millwork to the updated paint and flooring our professionals paid precise attention to detail in all aspects of the remodel from start to finish.

A great extension of the existing casino cage included a custom security scalloped brass railing for a seamless look.

A simple expansion to an existing space can also be impactful in the enhancement and transformation of an area. All American Builders prioritizes the meticulous art of ensuring all additions made to a space are installed to give a seamless cohesive appearance with the existing space, as displayed through our work done for the MGM Rewards Center desk. Our team of professionals extended the existing casino cage and included a custom security scalloped brass railing to provide a seamless look.

Converted a large space into (3) different shops.

All American Builders stives to bring our client’s visions to life. With our decades of experience, our team of professionals offers a variety of lenses in which to view and reimagine your space. These three shops located at the MGM Grand were once combined into one large space until our team designed a brand-new image for the area. We installed dividing walls, creating three completely different shops, each with their own unique characteristics conveyed through all new, carefully selected finishes from floor to ceiling.

The new and improved storefront extends a modern welcome to it’s passing customers.
