With an initial timeline set at eight weeks, our team completed and delivered the project ahead of schedule, achieving completion by the seven-week mark. Throughout the renovation, the retail store remained operational, demonstrating our commitment to minimizing disruptions to business operations. The project scope encompassed a comprehensive transformation, including replacing flooring, reworking walls and ceilings, and adding an ADA fitting room. Collaborating closely with store operations, we ensured seamless continuity with the sales floor while also providing clear entrances and exits for customers to navigate the space effortlessly.
