The project entailed designing, creating, and installing fire features at the Vice Versa Patio & Lounge. Additionally, All American Builders undertook the complete remodeling of the space, including designing and constructing new architectural ceiling elements. This comprehensive construction endeavor involved bringing a 2” gas line across the hotel lobby ceiling into the planter area and undermining an existing water feature to accommodate the installation of gas and power lines for the fire features. Despite the complexity of the tasks, the project was executed efficiently, meeting the proposed six-week timeline and delivering exceptional results on time.
